Cream Cheese Danish

Ingredients:
1 box TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX
1 box TEAYS VALLEY HEAVENTLY FUDGE MIX
2 cups Buttermilk
1 cup Sugar
1 package Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Stick Melted Butter

Sugar/Cream Cheese Mixture:
Cream together 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and cream cheese

Icing:
Combine contents of TEAYS VALLEY HEAVENTLY FUDGE MIX with 1/2 cup of water. Mix until smooth.

Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX and milk; mix until dough ball is formed. Place dough ball on lightly floured surface, sprinkle with a light coat of flour to prevent sticking. Flatten dough into a shape of a large circle. Cover top of dough with cream cheese mixture. Roll dough into a pinwheel and remove the ends. Cut approximately 1” pieces with a knife. Place on a greased pan. Spoon 1 tablespoon cherry filling on each Danish. Pour melted butter over all Danish. Bake approximately 15 minutes. Once removed, pour icing mixture on top.

Yields approximately 16 rolls.
