Teays Valley Cheese Garlic Biscuits

Teays Valley Cheese Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 box TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 cups of Milk or Buttermilk

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX, cheese and garlic powder. Mix well. Add the milk and mix with a large spoon until dough ball is formed. Place dough ball on floured surface and knead gently; roll out to desired thickness with a floured rolling pin. Cut with a floured biscuit cutter and place biscuits on a lightly greased baking pan.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. After removing biscuits from oven, brush on garlic topping on top of biscuits.

Garlic Topping:
1/2 Stick Butter
3 tsp. Garlic
3 tsp. Parsley

*In a separate container, melt butter, stir in garlic and parsley.
