Teays Valley Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast with Skin Removed and Cubed
1/2 cut Onion Finely Chopped
1/2 cup Celery Finely Chopped
1 lb. Frozen Vegetables
1 package TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX
1 package TEAYS VALLEY CHICKEN GRAVY MIX
1 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions:
In a skillet put chopped chicken & frozen veggies. Cook on medium until celery is tender. Drain excess water. Prepare TEAYS VALLEY CHICKEN GRAVY MIX as directed and remove from heat. Prepare TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX with milk. Pour chicken mixture in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Add gravy mixture to chicken and place biscuits on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are done.
