Teays Valley Heavely Peanut Butter Balls
READ DIRECTIONS THOROUGHLY and have all ingredients ready before starting. You will need 1 box of Teays Valley Heavenly Fudge mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, and 16 oz. of white, dark, or milk chocolate "Melting Chocolate."
COMBINE 8 oz. of cream cheese, 2 tbsp. of butter, and 1 cup of firmly packed creamy peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
MIX together using a mixer for 1 minute.
ADD 1 pouch of Teays Valley Heavenly Fudge mix and mix for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. DO NOT OVER MIX.
ROLL mixture into 1" diameter balls.
HEAT the "melting chocolate" in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir, then return to the microwave and heat for an additional 10 seconds.
DROP 1 ball at a time into the melted chocolate.
USING a small fork or teaspoon, remove and place the dipped ballson a cookie sheet or plate, lined with wax paper.
PLACE in the freezer for 10 minutes. Ready to serve. *
*for best results store balls in a freezer bag and keep frozen.
