You don't have to be a nationally recognized chef with a television show to have your own private label product. The Bridge Road Bistro is a successful privately owned restaurant near downtown Charleston, West Virginia who had an idea. We took that idea and worked with them to make this wonderful product which can be found in their restaurant and other retail locations.
